Freepackers is a volunteer travel agency. They organize meaningful trips to help local communities all around the world. 

When they first contacted us back in 2017, they needed help creating content and managing their social media accounts. We started on Social Media, but we soon developed our partnership to become their marketing specialists.

Developing their marketing strategy

As their core business is online, Freepackers needed a full marketing strategy to reinforce their image online and offline. 

To make this happen, we worked on three different areas: 

• Social Media: planning and creating content for Facebook and Instagram, and editing videos for their Youtube Channel. 
• Website: Write weekly blog articles and update the content on the website. 
• Engagement and interaction: we created attractive marketing materials (brochures, flyers, posters,…), and a monthly newsletter to keep their customers up to date.

Automation and CRM

With marketing needs covered and new members joining the team, it became necessary to make some changes. 

• We worked hand-by-hand with the team to standardize the sales process to become more efficient.
• We managed the setup and configuration of the new Zoho CRM and implemented the new business process through workflows and automation. 
• We connected Zoho CRM with Zoho Books and Zoho Campaigns to facilitate communication between departments.

New websites

In 2021, Freepackers launched a new project: Realstep, for educational trips and long stays. They trusted us to create their new brand and website:

• We created a whole new brand identity
• We designed and developed a fully customized website with dynamic fields and features in WordPress, with Elementor and JetPlugins. 
• We connected the website to Zoho CRM using Zoho forms and Zoho Creator.  

After the success of the new brand, they asked us to revamp the Freepackers’ current website, with a cleaner look.

We applied the same structure as the previous website, improving its performance and adding custom forms. We also develop a new connection to the CRM using Zoho Flow and Zapier. 

As their technical support advisors, Freepackers trusts us to manage all their technical requirements so they can focus on their core business : offering meaningful experiences to adventurous travelers.
